What do I need when I arrive?

All you need to attend our drive-in movie is your ticket, your car and a working radio.

Do I need a physical ticket? or can i use my phone?

After purchasing your drive-in movie ticket, if you want to print it out, by all means work away! Although we do recommend just having your ticket ready on your phone as it makes it easier for our ticket scanners.

Will there be toilets, bins, etc. available?

We have state-of-the-art portaloos at each event, positioned in an easily visible and accessible part of the car park, along with bins positioned in intervals around the drive-in movie area.

Am I allowed to take my own photos/videos?

Absolutely! Feel free to snap away to your heart’s content, just be sure to tag The Big Drive-Inn if you’re posting them!

For professional photography or videography, you must consult our team (head to the contact page) beforehand and receive permission.

What if I can't see past the car in front?

We have a simple system in place for the positioning of cars, so you can rest assured that no matter what, you’ll always see our huge screens!

Where/when is my location being announced?

If your location has not been announced yet please be patient as we’re still in the development stage of drive-in movie roll-outs, and we try to get each event announced as quickly as possible.

Can I leave my car?

Yes of course! Just be mindful not to block people’s vision while walking across the car park (think of it like a cinema!)

I own a venue, how can I work with The Big Drive-Inn?

Head over to our contact page and scroll until you see the venue-owner section, where you’ll find our dedicated email address. Just send us an email with your relevant details and we’ll get back to you ASAP!

Will the event still go ahead if it's raining/too sunny?

You better believe it! Since we have the latest LED technology at our fingertips, our screens shine brightly even in harsh bright, sunny conditions. We can also operate any drive-in movie without hassle during rain, just remember to turn your windscreen wipers on!

I didn't receive my ticket via email. What do I do?

No problem, just email us with your name (the one that you used to book the drive-in movie ticket) and any relevant details, and we’ll sort it out for you.
