Tickets must be purchased online, so be sure to have your QR code ready (check your emails) when you’re queuing up. To make the process as fast as possible, make sure to zoom in until the code fills your phone/tablet screen if possible, to make it easier to scan.
If you’ve paid but haven’t received your ticket, head to our contact page and send us an email letting us know, and we’ll be back to you as soon as possible.
We’ll scan your QR code and let you through, then you’ll be directed by our staff to a suitable parking spot, depending on the size and height of your car. If you have made prior arrangements with regard to your position in the car park (eg. for emergencies), please inform any member of staff upon your arrival.
Our team will be working hard to make sure there is no traffic backlog so please try your best to get parked and settled as quickly as possible.

We can also provide you with a handheld bluetooth device if you want the audio to be right there in your car with you. Turn the device on and hear the film transferred via bluetooth straight to your car!
